As a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, I bring a playful yet calming energy to my teaching. My personal practice has evolved from a way to get a PE credit in high school, to keeping a routine through COVID. Now my personal practice serves as a way to connect with my body, breath and spirituality. My vinyasa flow classes celebrate individual choice featuring breathwork and dynamic movement for all skill levels.

I am also a certified prenatal yoga teacher. I've found that prenatal classes are often assumed to be easier than regular yoga classes, which couldn't be further from the truth. In prenatal, we are specifically working on safely strengthening the mind and body for labor and delivery. As a prenatal teacher, I will challenge and encourage you, and above all, I will listen to what you are going through to help determine what is best for you in class. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi, my prenatal classes offer movement for every stage of pregnancy to prepare you for labor and delivery.
