As a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, I bring a playful yet calming energy to my teaching. My personal practice has evolved from a way to get a PE credit in high school, to keeping a routine through COVID. Now my personal practice serves as a way to connect with my body, breath and spirituality. My vinyasa flow classes celebrate individual choice featuring breathwork and dynamic movement for all skill levels.
I teach both group and private classes in the DMV area.
